3AM provides marketing, media, brand management, consulting, website management, creative, and related professional services. Purchases and Payment

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment is due according to the terms presented at checkout or in the applicable proposal, invoice, or agreement.

Subscriptions and Recurring Services

Some services are offered on a recurring subscription basis. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges at the frequency shown at checkout until the subscription is cancelled in accordance with the applicable cancellation terms. Unless otherwise stated, unused service hours or allowances do not roll over to future billing periods.

Scope and Changes

Services are limited to the scope purchased or otherwise agreed in writing. Requests outside the included scope may require additional fees, a revised estimate, or a separate agreement. Timelines may change when client approvals, access, assets, feedback, or other required materials are delayed.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing timely access, approvals, content, brand materials, credentials, and other information reasonably required to perform the services. You represent that you have the right to use any materials you provide to us.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, final deliverables specifically created for and paid for by the client may be used by the client for their intended business purpose. 3AM retains ownership of its pre-existing materials, processes, templates, tools, know-how, working files, and other intellectual property not expressly transferred in writing.

Third-Party Platforms

Our services may involve third-party platforms, software, hosting providers, advertising platforms, social networks, apps, or other services. 3AM is not responsible for outages, policy changes, account restrictions, platform decisions, or other actions controlled by third parties.

Refunds

Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. Unless otherwise stated in writing, completed work, time already performed, and services already delivered are non-refundable.

No Guaranteed Results

Marketing, media, consulting, creative, and digital services involve variables outside our control. While we work to provide high-quality services, we do not guarantee specific revenue, rankings, traffic, audience growth, conversion rates, media coverage, platform performance, or other business outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3AM will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchased service will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Acceptable Use

You may not use this website or our services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, or unauthorized purposes, or in any way that interferes with the operation or security of the website or services.
